We are proud members of the Russian Tsvetnaya Bolonka Club of America. 

Breed club membership is  an important aspect of  ethical dog breeding.   Without breed clubs, there would be no  Russian Tsvetnaya Bolonka.   In Russia or in the USA.  Breed clubs advocate for and protect the breed.  They have standardized breeding practices, they research and mitigate health issues.   

Club members agree to  act in the best interest of the breed and treat each other with respect.   

Scammers are breaking hearts everyday.  Breed club membership is one more  level of assurance & breeder accountability.
